OUR ROADMAP
OUR ROADMAP
At the beginning of our campaign, we asked the question, “How can we improve our own mental health?” Through this central question, we found that each answer was vastly different. With this insight, we felt that a roadmap with an inflexible structure would be more detrimental to our peers than helpful.
Our roadmap embraces the messiness and individuality of what a real mental health journey looks and feels like. We at Express seek to give young people a starting point and the resources to facilitate the creation of their own maps catered to what that person needs the most.
Though we believe in the flexibility of our roadmap, we also acknowledge that everyone heals and grows in different ways. This includes the usage of concrete resources typically detailed in mental health centered programs. Express wishes to provide all possible resources available to further student mental health.
